General Summary/Essential Functions and Duties:

  • Managed Technician
  • Review Jobs prior to dispatch
  • Dispatch to jobs in real time
  • Safely operate company vehicles – travel to job sites
  • Contact Customers as appropriate
  • Greet Customers at job site and go over work scope prior to starting the work
  • Identify “Red Flags” per Customer Advisory Form and advise Customer as needed
  • Provide high quality installations using VHS standards and industry best practices
  • Direct and Manage the work of assistants assigned to the job
  • Go over completed work with Customer and gather signature for acceptance of work
  • Complete rebate paperwork and gather signatures, as applicable
  • Provide Heat Pump Education to Customers
  • Collect and Process payment
  • Other duties as assigned – to include occasional Maintenance & Service operations, facility operations, and administrative tasks

  • “Managed Technicians” are responsible for ​all​ Work on jobs and must be able to delegate tasks to Assistant Technicians professionally and consistently.

General Summary/Essential Functions and Duties:

  • Assistant Technician
  • Review Jobs and load assigned vehicle without assistance
  • Unload and clean out vehicle(s) at end of day without assistance
  • Ensure MT has reviewed materials for the Job utilizing the checklist prior to Dispatch
  • Assist MT in Dispatching to jobs in real time
  • Safely operate company vehicles – travel to job sites
  • Assist MT as applicable in contacting Customers as appropriate
  • Assist MT as applicable in greeting Customers at job site and going over work scope prior to starting the work
  • Identify “Red Flags” per Customer Advisory Form and advise MT and Customer as needed
  • Provide high quality installations using VHS standards and industry best practices
  • Assist MT as applicable to go over completed work with Customer and gather signature for acceptance of work

  • Scheduling maintenance visits for heat pumps and generators
  • Maintaining and updating customer accounts
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer in a timely and courteous manner
  • Customer Service over the telephone and walk-ins
  • Respond to incoming emails when appropriate as directed.
  • Assist the Director of Operations as directed.
  • Assist the field team as appropriate
  • File and scan documents
  • Maintain cleanliness of office/showroom to reflect an attractive, customer and employee-friendly environment
  • Other duties as assigned
